LEE ROBERTSHAW
I have decided to do the Leeds Half Marathon in 2014. The reason why I’m
doing it is because my older sister who sadly passed away was looked
after by the Yorkshire Heart Centre and Take Heart. My younger sister did
the Leeds Half Marathon in 2013, so I thought I'd do it in 2014.
It brings reality when your are sitting in a room with someone you love
who's connected to every machine going. We just take things for granted
when we watch the likes of Casualty or Holby City on TV. Until we're
actually in that situation, we don't really know how things are.
So true Lee. Thank you so much for doing this for Take Heart. We
really do appreciate it.
