BEN SHAW

It's that time again where I do my runs to help raise money for charity. My chosen charity is Take Heart and I'll be running in the BUPA 10k in Manchester on Sunday 18th May 2014. Take Heart is a local based charity based at Leeds General Infirmary and they use the money they raise to help make a difference for patients, relatives and staff. The charity is run entirely on a voluntary basis, so the vast majority of funds go directly to the projects for which they are intended. I am running in memory of my Grandad Shaw, Grandmas Stones and on behalf of a very good friend of mine.
