Thank you for visiting our page. As some of you will already know my Grandad died suddenly in 2012 after suffering a heart attack. Take Heart Foundation based at Leeds General Infirmary have been a huge support to our family and continue to provide excellent care to hundreds of families each year. Everyone that works there from the chairman down is a volunteer which makes this charity even more special. By way of thank you for all the hard work these amazing people do, myself and Joel will be running the Great North Run which is just over 13 miles on 7th September 2014. This is our first half marathon and prior to training we have done very little running. In acknowledgment to the pain we are putting ourselves though training, and the mountain we have yet to climb; we would be so grateful if you could donate any amount to this amazing charity, as without the money raised through donations they wouldn’t be able to provide the excellent service they do.
